Q:Can I use this lamp as a normal table lamp?

A:Yes,we are a normal table lamp until a power outage. Then, with no interaction of human the body of our lamp lights up and remain on until the power is restored up to 24+hours,giving you safe mobility until power is restored at which the emergency function goes off, the battary recharges and the lamp functions again as a table lamp.

Q:How long does the battary take to recharge?

A:From a discharge or completely dead battary, which is 24+ hours emergency light use, it take 48 hours to recharge the battary to full power. However, the average power outage lasts from 2 to 4 and the battary can be recharged in 2 hours for sufficient use.

Q:Can I purchase diffreent shades and lamps?

A:We are continually expanding our production line to include different shades and lamps to compliment every color.

Q:Can i put the emergency light portion of my lamp off and on?

A:The lamp itself operate as any other table lamp, you may turn it off and on as you wish. The emergency is designed come on the loss of power and remian on until power is restored up to 24+ hours. Should you need or desire to turn off/on the emergency function (i.e: moving the lamp from a location to another,preserve back up battary ) there is a switch on the back of the lamp for that purpose.
