2. BATTERY

Gel battery is able to bear overfull charge or overfull discharge, able to bear shaking,shock resistance, Long storage life. High quality alloy plate grid and unique electrolyte formula, Delicate and perfect processing and manufacturing technology, Make the battery has a large capacity,good deep discharge performance,charge acceptance ability,low temperature starting ability,low self-discharge rate,Good performance of resistance to temperature change,,long life characteristics and so on. Security seal structure, no need add acid or water to maintenance it, Does not leak acid, No acid mist, Environmental pollution free.

Storage battery is gel deep cycle discharge type, apply to frequent load changes, harsh environment temperature conditions. inside a specially designed grid to ensure the reliability of the depth of discharge cycle, under this 100% discharge circumstance, could recycle use it 400 times. Used for solar street lamps and other light cycle system, could guarantee the cycle life of more than 2000 times.

3.CONTROLLER

CIS controller is special designed for solar street light, provide perfect, multiple protection for solar street lamps’ electrical systems, and through good control strategy, effective extend the system’s power supply time.

4.SOLAR PANEL

1. We could ensure the conversion efficiency of solar panel with high efficiency polycrystalline cells and high transmittance tempering glass, this not only reduce solar power supply system installation cost ,but also increase unit system area electric-power output .

2. Solar power float±3% , it could ensure our customer get the power from solar panel, reduce the power loss caused from mismatching power, improve system output function and bring more benefit for customer .

3. Obtained TUV and so on, we keep authentication high consistent with standard testing in actual production.

4. 5 years’ warranty, no less than 90% of standard output power is within 10 years, 80% of standard output power is within 25 years.

5.POLE

Components surface is sprayed with the powder after hot galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, white color (or other colors on custom’s request), smooth surface,non-discolouring, no pinhole hang, no flow, no peeling phenomenon ; Galvanized layer thickness is not less than 85 microns, the coating thickness is not less than 100 microns. Galvanized treatment is in accordance with the standard of GB/T13912-2002 " Film pencil hardness measurement”, GB/T1732-1993 “Paint film punching resistance measurement”,GB/T9286-1998 “Paint film of the cross test”
