Using insulating, inflame retarding, non-toxic, non-corrosion, safe and environmentally friendly liquid, put the LED chips and driving circuit in the liquid, it solves the heat dissipation problem.

The liquid will help for better heat conduction, and LED chips will work on lower TJ (junction temperature). With TJ under 65°C, the bulb will get longer life than 50000hrs.

With this high light transmittance liquid,from chip to shell the bulb will have less light lose.

The power supply is constant currents, and thus the life of the bulb is no longer relay on life of potential transformer and capacitor. Since there is no inductance element, the bulb will have no flicker and support frequent switch.
