The process step for making the LED sign&logo:

Step 1: At first, making the metal frame of english letters,and punch the holes according to our LED lights dimentions.

Step 2: And then color printed on the frame,the LED PCB board color can be the same as the metal frame printed color,It has the good daytime effect.

Step 3:The last procedure is snap-in our LED lights into the holes.The lighting effect can be show single color(normally on) and RGB full color.

The below LED sign&logo is our company Logo"YD" the lighting effect is the digital red color changing. adopts YD-DGC-20 model LED lights,the center distance between two piece is about 4cm.
