Introduction:

LW-FL-10W-001 Floodlight is a high-power integrated lamp bead as light source, Germany imported gold reflective glass, aluminum shell adopts high purity aluminum die-casting radiator,5mm high-strength tempered glass , aging resistant silicon rubber sealing tape, high efficiency constant current power supply, lamps is overall IP65 waterproof standard, can be directly access AC100 ~240 v alternating current voltage.

Features:

1.It is designed strictly in accordance with the national safety standards (UL/TUV/CE/FCC), in line with the ROHS environmental protection directive certification. The function include over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, short circuit protection, overheating protection.

2.The light source adopt simple SMD 10W-100W high power collection .High-power integrated LED as light source, USES the Taiwan import high semiconductor chips, with high thermal conductivity, small light failure , pure light color , no ghosting, etc.

3.Adopt high quality reflector which imported from Germany,effectively improve reflection rate,ensure light lumen, targetedly control range of LED light emittance,improve uniformity and use ratio of light energy of LED lights.

4.LED light source and body shell contact tightly,through radiator and air convection heat sink,body shell adopt high quality aluminium alloy CNC processed,heat sink effectively and ensure lifespan of light source,use advanced anode oxidization dealing technology,make lights more pretty and longer lifespan .

5.5 mm high strength tempered glass perfect combination to make lamps and lanterns and light body can be used in high humidity environment.

6.The lamp use the aging resistant silicon rubber sealing tape, made the anodic oxidation and the coating surface treatment, lamps and lanterns IP65 waterproof standard as a whole.

7.Isolated LED constant current power supply adopt advanced designing idea,it bears chip compute,short circuit protection,anti-thunder,after-sales problems feedback etc functions.

8.Starting without delay, it can reach the normal brightness when the power is on. Without waiting, irradiation distance can reach 8-10 metres. The lifespan is long.

Using Direction:

1.Working Voltage:AC 100V~240V 50/60Hz. Please don’t overpass the voltage.

2.The ways of outgoing lines:the red is the line of fire, the blue is zero line and yellow line is ground line.

3.During installation, power wire place should be closed to prevent power leakage.

4.Through φ5mm of product install holder,the install hole can be directly use screw fixed on install pole or install face.

5.After fixed lamps,can adjust the holder screw loosing,then change angle of holder,that is adjust the installation angle of lamps .

After-sale Service

The warranty is 3 years in condition that correct keeping, installation, usage, and maintenance. Ledwalker Co., Ltd. has the right not to provide the warranty service if the damage caused by incorrect usage or violate the operation procedures.

Maintenance and Instructions

1.Make sure the power off before maintenance.

2.Clean the light glass regularly to keep good light transmission.

3.Shell and radiator floodlight on a regular basis to clean out the dust, in order to keep good heat dissipation performance.

4.Note that don’t use corrosive solution and had better use dry cloth to wipe.

Shipping and storage request:

The product should not be intensely inverted, threw, tumbled or pressed during the process of transportation.

Storage temperature is -20°C~40°C, Humidity: ≤65%.
