4 Lamp pole

1)Lamp pole is scissored , bended, and welded of low-carbon steel.

2)All components of lamp pole is treated by hot dipping and surface corrosion-proof

technology, which can protect the inside and outside surface to prolong using life and reduce the maintaining cost.

3)At the bottom of the lamp pole are electrical door, built-in explosion proof automatic ascending and descending system and the explosion proof electric apparatus controlling system.

Special lock is equipped on the door to stop the non-staff opening it.

5 Explosion proof electric apparatus controlling system

1)The explosion proof electric apparatus and protection device are installed in the control box at the bottom of the lamp. And there are spare lighting controller and motor controller.

2) The manual explosion proof corrosion proof control units can realize long distance control of ascending and descending.

3) Dual circuit power supply cable supple electric power, which can achieve full load

lighting and partial lighting. there are manual controller, lighting controller and computer controller methods for user’ demand.

4)Adopts drawn cable method to supply power, and special connecting parts with

locking device to link explosion proof electric control box and lighting cable.

6 Explosion proof automatic and manual ascending and descending system

Made up of explosion proof motor, turbine pole, sleeve etc. parts. The turbine pole

with lockout property structure can make lamp late stop at any position. There manual and automatic operation type selected.

7 Steel rope direction leading block system

The system is made up of three blocks locate in 120 angle

on the fixed support located on the lamp pole top. Each blocks equipped with :

1)Grease sealing special axletree

2)Exclusive uninstall device for lamp plate self-lock out and shedding

3)Blocks of macromolecule nonmetallic insulation material with no damage to cable

4)Limited device to prevent steel rope departure from the direction leading block

5)All steel parts are treated by hot dipping and surface corrosion proof technology and some are made from stainless steel.

8 Hook system

The complex geometry relation is designed by CAD, which can assure the lamp ascended to the calculated position,

Hook moves against the uninstall device, to achieve lockout and unload aim. under normal using ,

steel rope is in the unload situation ,which can prolong the life and make the lamp plate in the stable condition.

9 Directing leading and brake system

The system can work as the direction leading function in the process of ascending and descending of lamp plate.

When steel rope broken ,the system works to prevent the lamp plate fall.

1)The system locates at the center position all the time in ascending system and descending process through

nylon block pressed by spring ,the system can prevent the hurtle between lamp plate and pole because of the elevation ,

which can protect the surface of pole and lamp plate.

2)Brake system is made up of three groups device located in 120,three brakes insert the

lamp pole to achieve brake function ,when the hung steel rope tightened ,the brake loose, then the lamp plate

can be ascended and descended again.

3)Brake always in the lockout situation when steel rope in uninstall situation.

4)Advanced liquid pressures brake technology can prevent hurtle with strong brake strength and low noise.

10 Arrester and grounding device

The explosion proof high pole lamp is mounted with special grounding device, with grounding resistance not more than 10Ω.

11 All the gearing of machine have passed through non-electric explosion proof treatment.
