Delivery terms

1. 3-8 working days after payment arrival for Samples/trial order .

2. 10-15 working days after payment arrival for regular order (less than 300,000pcs) .

3. 15-45 working days for bulk order,the specific against order qty ,and delivery can be negotiated .

Warranty terms

We will offer 3 years warranties for SHENZHEN KINGLIMING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD led lamps from the date purchasing. We will replace all the defected products which are quality problems in our fault and the buyer want to take the shipping fee with the goods returned.

The warranty runs as below:

All our products have to pass strict qc testing before delivery, defect rate in 3‰ .

If lamps break down happen, will need information for broken status, like pictures, quantity and etc.

1. If a big quantity of product broken( rarely happen), this belong to design and quality problem.

We will bear the cost of freight and new product, will import back for repair or delivery new good product directly.

2. If within defect rate, we will provide repair for once a year, and will bear the cost for sending back to customer.

If you want it be quicker, we can send new product together with your nearest order.

The points are not in our warranty range allowed,

1. The warranty has been overdue.

2. Damage caused due to not using, maintaining or storing the led lamp to specification of SHENZHEN KINGLIMING TECHNOLOGY CO LTD.

3. Replace or modify the led lamps without notification to SHENZHEN KINGLIMING TECHNOLOGY CO LTD.

4. The model of the goods returned is not the same as the real goods.

5. Damage caused by men or Force Majeure.
