2 settings include full strength in proximity and distance modes, dimming, strobe and red night vision. Red night vision mode has proxi mity and strobe settings, and activates without cycling through the white mode

Five Led Light Modes

The special modes and settings make it one of our most versatile headlamps,including: full strength and dimming in distance or proximity mode, plus red night vision and strobe illumination.

Power on/off: Single click. Either the distance or proximity mode will activate at its brightest setting.

Switch proximity/distance mode: power off and then on. The light will switch modes each time

Dimming : hold the switch down while powered on in either proximity and distance white modes,and release at the desired brightness level. When maximum or minimum brightness level is reached, the light will flash and then reverse.

Night version: with power off, hold the switch down for 3 seconds and release when the red led powers on . The light will remain in night version mode when powered off. To return to white mode,hold the switch down for 3 seconds while powered off and release when the white mode powers on.

Strobe : with power off in eight red night vision or white mode, use three quick clicks.

Attaching and adjusting the elastic head strap

The lamp can also be attached to webbing on packs,hardnesses and waistbelts by following the same procedure. When the elastic head strap os properly installed, the elastic will be in direct contact with your forehead. To loosen or tighten the head strap, slide the plastic adjuster forward or backward.

Trouble shooting ( do not work)

1.Check that the batteries are oriented correctly and touching the contacts

2.Replace the batteries

3.Check the contacts and the connections for corrosion and clean if necessary

4.Work the switch several times
