Solar Lights	While this helps to save electricity, at the same time it is a boon for passive sites. Since in passive sites there is no electricity or generator but the Aviation light is mandatory
GSM based alarm monitoring system (8/16 alarms per site	Infrastructure provider like you, needs to monitor its infrastructure whereas the customer may not want to carry the NMS alarms. Using this the infrastructure provider can get the alarms over GSM without taking help of customers.
Multiplexer for distributing single alarm to multiple customers (4/8/16 alarms)	Different customers sharing a site may individually need to monitor BTS alarms. This helps to provide electrically isolated multiple NMS alarms from single source.
