Q: Is it dimmable?

A: No,buy the cre lights.

Q: can this bulb be used outdoors and will cold weather harm this bulb.

A: the Bulb is not weather resistant however I don't believe the cold will affect it is very dim though


Q: Is it Dimmable ?

A: Do not buy. As soon as I started to plug them in, they started to fuse. I spent $13.52 which was a complete waste.
