The choice of quartz glass is not a coincidence, in fact this extraordinary material is totally transparent at infrared radiation, canstand constant working temperatureof more than 1000 celsius degree and it ischemical agents resistant.

The IR halogen heater tubes short wave radiation is positioned in the range of0.75-1.7um. Senttech can design and realize the right IR halogen heater lamps with the peak of radiation centered on the maximum infrared radiation absorbance of the material to be heated; this allows to obtain the most efficient heating process with the less energy consumption.
